Welcome to my blog. I am a “newb” Technical Support Specialist, not to mention self-taught. I recently retired from the U.S. Army upon completing 21 years of honorable service. During my stint in the military, I was an accomplished, HR professional throughout. At 39 years old, I took a huge gamble and decided on a career change to Information Technology. I am still trying to find my way!
